Tap that and at the bottom you should see a toggle to allow shared users access to modes. Set this up by opening up the Ring app on yours or whoever’s phone is the one that has it. I would recommend to log out of your account on the website, clear your cache and cookies, and make sure you re-log in with the proper email address connected to your Ring account.
